a note from Paula

Ashlyn is not having a good night, her sodium levels have dropped and she has been throwing up and gagging all night, not to mention she skin is not taking to well to the chemo :( I really hate this part it tears me apart to see her so sick, these are the nights I feel like I just can't do this anymore, it is such an awful feeling to know there is nothing you can do to make it better, I can't do this :(

its been a while!

Ashlyn had a CT scan this week to check the tumor and it is not growing but not shrinking either... So that's great news!

Baby Ashlyn was able to come home to McGill for Christmas! YAY!! The family is so excited to be together again! It has been a while since they were all home together. They will have to head back on the 26 for Ashlyn to be admitted to the hospital to undergo her next round of Chemo.

The other Kids, Aubrey, Adalie, Ayla, and Adler, were bouncing off the walls this evening you can tell they have missed their mommy!

I got to visit them for a minute this evening and Paula is Radiant! She truly has our Lord and his angels with her at this time of heartache and trial!

And Baby Ashlyn is such a precious little Angel she has the most love and peace in her eyes.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity I have to know them personally and to get to update others on the progress and story along the way....

As always thank you for your love, prayers and support!

KSL Story

http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=18400060

Here is the interview ksl did with Paula and Baby Ashlyn. Even though I know the family personally and the story it truly touched my heart to see them on TV to see how alert and happy this sweet little baby is despite her trial in life, and to see Paula's strength, it is truly inspiring.

KSL!!!

Tune into night at 5 NV 6 UT time to hear Ashlyns Story in an interview done earlier today with Paula. I am anxiously awaiting to hear and see her on TV! Oh and its on KSL channel 5... glad I didn't forget that lol =D
